TYPES OF JAVO MACHINES

Javo Standard	This potting machine has a large working area with 20 pot positions for pots from 5cm to 19cm (2" to 7 ¾").
Javo SE	The Javo Standard SE Potting Machine has a Special Elevator especially suited for transporting heavy, moist soils.
Javo Standard Extended	This potting machine has a very large potting area. It can also be supplied in a double or four-fold version of the pot track. Capacity up to 11,000 pots per hour.
Javo Super	Suitable for any type of soil. The Super offers the most spacious working area which is adjustable in height. The capacity can be variably regulated between 600 to 6,000 pots per hour (pot sizes to 40 cm). The soil storage bin (contents up to 3 m ³) can be filled by a front loader, forklift truck or a box tipper.
Javo Super - Long Model	This potting machine has a very large potting area. It can also be supplied in a double or four-fold version of the pot track. Capacity up to 11,000 pots per hour.
Javo Plus	Electronically controlled soil supply for precision pot filling. Up to 4,500 pots per hour. Pot track ring with central adjustments for pot size and height (8 cm to 23 cm pot diameter)
Javo Plus Extra	Large, smooth operating circular pot-track with a diameter of 230cm. It is fitted with a central adjustment facility and can handle pots of up to 38 cm. The working height of the pot-track can be adjusted to suit operator.
Javo Combi	A smaller strongly built potting machine. Smooth action pot-track ring adjustable for pots from 3" to 7" and speed adjustment from 900 up to 2,600 pots per hour. Central adjustment for pot size and height. Mechanical pot dispenser for round and square pots. Machine is mobile and simple to operate. No compressor needed.
Javo Combi Tray Filler	Simply constructed, the elevator transports soil to a soil distribution rotor and level unit. Capacity: approx. 600 trays per hour for trays 520 (20") x 320 (12") approx 1,500 trays per hour for trays 320 (12") x 200 (8") mm
Javo Rotofill	The ideal machine to fill flats, multi-plates, plug trays, reforestry trays. The adjustable vibrating system and the height adjustable rotor guarantee soil density as well as equal soil distribution. Capacity depends on the adjustable speed setting, e.g., for trays of 52 x 40 cm (20" x 16") approx 700 per hour, for smaller trays, up to 2,000 per hour.
Javo Uni-Max	Suitable for practically all pot and/or poly bag sizes from small to large. Operation by one or two persons. Because of the free flow of the soil into the pot or the bag both small or large root systems can be handled. Soil bin capacity approximately 1.5 m³.
Javo Conveyor Systems	Javo conveyor belts can be fitted anywhere on the premises without problems. They can also turn right angles effortlessly so you can have an internal transport system made to your requirements.

C-MAC POTTING MACHINE

Ideal for bags for citrus & advanced trees
Materials include sand, gravel, bark, potting mix and stock feed
240 volt operation - automatic or manual control
Fills a variety of sizes of pots or bags
Filling time 6-8 seconds per 30 litre bag
2 Rotary vibrators for continuous feed
Each vibrator has 3-position variation for fine-tuning of various hard to move potting mixes
Chute vibrator is matched to suit 4 custom sized guides for filling pots from 75mm to 300mm
Forklift guides fitted for easy movement to storage when not in use
Also available trailer mounted as a mobile unit

Hopper - galvanised steel or stainless steel
Power supply - 240V, 8 amp
Manual control - foot pedal operates the feeder chute
Automatic control - set the electric timer, depress the foot pedal control and feeder will cut out at the selected time. It will not operate until the pedal is depressed again

Dimensions - 2.5m high x 1.8m wide x 1.2m deep

Dual hopper

Hopper capacity - approx. 2.7 cubic metres
Dimensions - 2.7m high x 2.4m wide x 1.2m deep
Controls - Each side has individual controls which allow the two chutes to be used together or separately
2 different types of materials can be bagged or potted at the same time if a dividing wall (optional) is fitted
Dividing wall can be removed to allow bagging of double volume of mix

Soil Drill replacements from 25mm to 150mm diameter - Suitable for JAVO equipment
Made from high wear resistant polyurethane with metal shaft and tip, substantially increasing their production life, especially in abrasive materials such as those used in potting mixtures. In tests they have drilled the soil in hundreds of thousands of pots with a minimal amount of wear.
